RSVP Forms and Registration for Graduate Credit or CEUs (please note there are two steps you need to complete)

Step 1: RSVP using the forms on the links below. This provides important information for the program leadership that we do not have access to via the online registration system below. It is still essential that you use this form to RSVP, and that you update it if you change your plans to attend. Please contact with any questions.

Step 2 (Graduate Credit or CEUs): To register for graduate credit, please follow these instructions.  To register for CEUs, click CPE Non-credit Apply – Claim – Register 2014-15.

In both cases, use the above instructions combined with the specific course information below.  Registration is now online only, with no paper forms.  This is the official online university system, so questions or problems must be directed to the Registrar at 303-315-2600.
